On February 9, Prakash Gupta, Consul-general of India in Shanghai and commercial officer of the consulate Shri Atul Madan visited Yongqiang Power Plant under the accompany of officers from the Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Wenzhou City. President Xiang Guangming was also in the visit. During the visit, Prakash Gupta sincerely hopes to help connect Weiming with capitals in India in conducting project investment and cooperation.
